We are now accepting Coach applications for our 2026-27 Competitive teams
Smiths Falls Girls Hockey Association is now accepting Competitive Coach applications for our 2026-27 teams:
U9 B
U11 B
U13 A/BB & U13 B
U15 A & U15 C
U18 A/BB & U18 C
All interested parties are asked to submit a coaching application form to our VP of Competitive, Tina Collins, at 12tinalynne@gmail.com. The deadline for applications is January 31st at noon.
Tryouts for our U13 A/BB, U15 A, and U18 A/BB teams will be in late-April. Details to follow.
Planned teams for the 2026-27 season:

| U9 | 2 teams | Comp B + HL |
| U11 | 2 teams | Comp B + HL |
| U13 | 3 teams | Comp A/BB + Comp B + HL |
| U15 | 3 teams | Comp A + Comp C + HL |
| U18 | 3 teams | Comp A/BB + Comp C + HL |
U9, U11, U13 B, U15 C, and U18 C tryouts will be held in August & September.
* SFGHA and Hockey Canada are strongly encouraging as many women to consider coaching this season (including non-parents and former SFGHA players). More information on how we will support female coaches can be found on the Hockey Canada website.
** Exact level of all teams will be decided after tryouts and exhibitions games to ensure proper categorization.
