2023-2024 SFGHA Registration Information
REGISTRATION
- Register with the RAMP site here: http://SmithsFallsGHA.rampregistrations.com
- Send fees to sfghatreasurer@gmail.com via E-Transfer (*making note of players name and level entering). Payment is due in full by August 31, 2023.
Player Definition
- Veteran SFGHA Player: Registered with SFGHA during the previous season (2022-2023).
- New Player: Never registered with SFGHA.
- Former SFGHA Player: Registered with SFGHA for a season prior to but not during the 2022-23 season (will be subject to review by Executive).
Registration Priority
Registration will be on a first-come first-served basis within birth year and division under the following priority;
- Veteran Players
- New and Former SFGHA players residing in SFGHA catchment area (Town of Smiths Falls, Rideau Lakes, Drummond/ North Elmsley, Elizabethtown Kitley, Merrickville Wolford, and Montague townships).
- New and Former SFGHA not residing in SFGHA catchment area will be accepted if space available. The registration of all former SFGHA players will not be finalized until it has been reviewed by the Executive for approval.

Registration fees can be paid in 4 installments: (1/4 on May 31, June 30, July 31, August 31).
The $100 Late Registration Fee applies to returning SFGHA players only. New players to SFGHA pay the early Registration Fee.
Payment is due in full by August 31, 2023.
Payments are preferred by e-transfer to sfghatreasurer@gmail.com

Cheques can be made payable to SFGHA and mailed to PO Box 145, Smiths Falls, On, K7A 4S9.
A HELPING HAND: Should you require financial assistance, here are some community programs that may be able to help:
REFUND / WITHDRAWAL POLICIES
- Withdrawals prior to September 15th will receive a full refund (less the $60 non-refundable OWHA insurance if already on a roster).
- Withdrawals prior to November 30th will receive a 25% refund.
- No refunds will be provided after November 30th.
